Google Maps images, the secondary and tertiary camps are more than likely completed at this point.  Having seen the site myself (from a distance), the towers and fencing are completed for site 2.  The site is surrounded by hills on all sides, making it difficult to get any meaningful ground-based pictures.  I would assume that site 2 is complete with site 3 already at, or nearing completion.

When the Federal Reserve stops QE Infinity it will be equivalent to kicking the chair out from under a prisoner in a noose…  The economy will collapse and the American People will fall, strangled by imaginary debt that cannot be paid with now worthless American Dollars.  Out from the resulting chaos will come Martial Law, relocation, re-education, and the outright murder of innocent Americans.

While the American People were watching Washington’s grand Production of MARTIAL LAW: BOSTON, The U.S. House of Representatives passed CISPA. CISPA negates the privacy agreements made by Internet Providers and Internet Services and encourages the sharing of your private information to Uncle Sam. In addition due process is removed allowing the Feds to shut down sites without a warrant, as well as violate the privacy of your inbox, Facebook, twitter, other social media, and cloud storage accounts.

None of this will make the Internet Safer…it only empowers the US government to persecute dissenters and censor opinions it does not agree with.

CISPA purports to allow companies and the federal government to “share” threat information for a “cybersecurity” purpose—to protect and defend against attacks against computer systems and networks. But the bill is written broadly enough to permit your communications service providers to identify, obtain, and share your emails and text messages with the government. While business leaders have conceded that they do not need to share personally identifying information to combat computer threats, the bill provides an exception to existing law designed to protect your personal information.

The newly granted powers are intended to thwart computer security threats against a company’s rights and property. But the definitions are broad and vague. The terms allow purposes such as guarding against “improper” information modification and ensuring “timely” access to information, functions that are not necessarily tied to attacks.

Once handed over, the government is able to use this information for investigating crimes that are unrelated to the underlying security threat and, more broadly, for “national security” purposes, which is a poorly defined term that includes “threats to the United States, its people, property, or interests” and “any other matter bearing on United States national or homeland security.”

The bill’s vague definitions like “cybersecurity purpose” and “cybersecurity system” also raise the frightening possibility of a company using aggressive countermeasures. If a company wants to combat a threat, it is empowered to use “cybersecurity systems” to identify and obtain “cyber threat information.” But the bill does not define exactly how far a company can go, leaving it open to the possibility of abuse.

Companies would also be immune from both civil and criminal liability for any action, including but not limited to violating a user’s privacy, as long as the company used the powers granted by CISPA in “good faith.” The immunity even extends to “decisions made based on” any information “directly pertaining” to a security threat. The consequences of such a clause are far-reaching.

While our Government declared Martial Law, locking down an entire 90 Mile Square radius of a Metropolitan Area, CISPA was quietly passed. CISPA, a bill so unpopular that its previous incarnations failed EVERY TIME they came up for debate, was passed in total while we watched our government drag Home owners out of their own homes at gunpoint, while looking for ONE MAN. CISPA is the Patriot Act of the Internet, it is no different than the Martial Law in Boston, they are one and the same.

CISPA Questions

Under CISPA, what can a private company do?

Under CISPA, any company can “use cybersecurity systems to identify and obtain cyber threat information to protect the rights and property” of the company, and then share that information with third parties, including the government, so long as it is for “cybersecurity purposes.” Whenever these prerequisites are met, CISPA is written broadly enough to permit your communications service providers to share your emails and text messages with the government, or your cloud storage company could share your stored files.

Right now, well-established laws like the Cable Communications Policy Act, the Wiretap Act, the Video Privacy Protection Act, and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act provide judicial oversight and other privacy protections that prevent companies from unnecessarily sharing your private information, including the content of your emails.

And these laws expressly allow lawsuits against companies that go too far in divulging your private information. CISPA threatens these protections by declaring that key provisions in CISPA are effective “notwithstanding any other law,” a phrase that essentially means CISPA would override the relevant provisions in all other laws—including privacy laws. CISPA also creates a broad immunity for companies against both civil and criminal liability. CISPA provides more legal cover for companies to share large swaths of potentially personal and private information with the government.

Does CISPA do enough to prevent abuse of the law for copyright enforcement?

No. Early versions of CISPA included language that specifically mentioned intellectual property, but that was taken out after significant outcry from the Internet community that the language could be used as a copyright enforcement bill similar to SOPA. (Great job, Internet community!)

CISPA’s definition of “cyber threat information” includes information directly pertaining to a threat to “confidentiality.” But what does confidentiality mean? The definition encompasses measures designed for preserving “authorized restrictions on access,” including means for protecting “proprietary information.” “Proprietary information” is not defined, and could be read to include copyrighted information. For example, one type of restriction on access that is designed to protect proprietary information is digital rights management (DRM).

Legitimate security researchers have routinely bypassed restrictions on proprietary information in order to research and publish information pertaining to vulnerabilities. Vulnerability research should not be considered a cyber threat, and the movie and music industry should not be given immunity for “decisions based on” this information, good faith or not.

What triggers these new corporate powers?

CISPA allows a company to obtain and share “cyber threat information” if it has both a “cybersecurity purpose” and believes it is protecting its rights and property.

A “cybersecurity purpose” only means that a company has to think that a user is trying to harm its network. What does that mean, exactly? The definition is broad and vague. The definition allows purposes such as guarding against “improper” information modification, ensuring “timely” access to information or “preserving authorized restrictions on access…protecting…proprietary information” (i.e. DRM).

Under CISPA, what can I do if a company improperly hands over private information to the government?

Almost nothing. Even if the company violates your privacy beyond what CISPA would permit, the government does not have to notify the user whose information was improperly handed over—the government only notifies the company.

CISPA provides legal immunity to a company for many actions done to or with your private information, as long as the company acted in “good faith.” This is an extremely powerful immunity, because it is quite hard to show that a company did not act in good faith. These liability protections can cover actions the company uses to identify and obtain threat information and the subsequent sharing of that information with others—including the government. The immunity also covers “decisions made based on cyber threat information,” a dangerously vague provision that has never been defined.

Do companies need to share users’ personally identifying information (PII) to enhance information security?

No. At a recent hearing on CISPA, Governor John Engler, President of the Business Roundtable, and Paul Smocer, President of BITS, the technology policy division of the financial industry group called the Financial Services Roundtable, testified in support of the bill. Smocer admitted that “there is very little private data, PII, being exchanged today in the threat information world,” and that it would “not be an issue” to remove personally identifiable information before sharing. CISPA, however, authorizes sharing PII, and leaves redaction to the companies’ discretion.

The most useful threat information that should be shared includes previously unknown software and network vulnerabilities, malware signatures, and other technical characteristics that identify an attack or its methodology—all of which can be shared without PII. If companies need to share an email, such as a phishing email message, existing exceptions allow the recipient to divulge the information; there is no need for the blanket authority in CISPA. Mandiant’s recent report on Chinese hacking is just one of many instances where companies have shared a great deal of useful threat information without authority beyond what is granted to them by current law.

Can a company hack a perceived threat under CISPA (“hack back”)?

CISPA provides companies with immunity “for decisions made based on cyber threat information” as long as they are acting in good faith.  But CISPA doesn’t define “decisions made.” Aggressive companies could interpret this immunity to cover “defensive”—and what some would consider offensive—countermeasures like DDOSing suspected intruders, third parties, or even innocent users. Private defense contractors have already advocated for this power. These actions should not be allowed by such expansive wording. It leaves the bill ripe for abuse.

What is a “cybersecurity system”?

The bill’s definition of “cybersecurity system” is circular. It defines a “cybersecurity system” as “a system designed or employed” to protect against, among others, vulnerabilities or threats. The language is not limited to network security software or intrusion detection systems, and is so poorly written that any “system” involving a tangible item could be considered a “cybersecurity system.”

In practical terms, it’s unclear what is exactly covered by such a “system.” Does it include port-scanning or other basic defensive software tools or could it mean more aggressive offensive countermeasures? The drafters of this legislation leave it unclear whether the term “cybersecurity system” is trying to refer to a computer, a network of computers, security software, or something else entirely.

This definition is critical to understanding the bill. The information that a company can “identify or obtain” is limited by the term, which, in turn, limits what the company can share with the government. The definition is yet another reason why CISPA is dangerously vague.

What government agencies can look at my private information?

Under CISPA, companies can hand “cyber threat information” to any government agency with or without limitations on what agency can receive the information. Generally, the information will be given to a central hub in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). But once it’s in DHS’s hands, the bill says that DHS can then hand the information to other agencies, including the National Security Agency.

Can the government use my private information for other purposes besides “cybersecurity” once it has it?

Yes. Even though the information was passed along to the government for only “cybersecurity purposes”—the government can use your personal information for cybersecurity, investigating any cybersecurity crime or criminal exploitation of minor, protecting individuals from death or serious physical injury, or protecting the national security of the United States. Under the National Security Act, which CISPA amends, national security interests can include:

(i) threats to the United States, its people, property, or interests;

(ii) the development, proliferation, or use of weapons of mass destruction; or

(iii) any other matter bearing on United States national or homeland security.

This broad definition gives the government too much power to use private information without safeguards.

What can I do to stop the government from misusing my private information?

CISPA does allow users to sue the government if it intentionally or willfully uses or retains their information for purposes other than what is permitted by the law. But any such lawsuit will be difficult to bring because it’s not at all clear how an individual would know of such misuse. An individual could not even use transparency laws, like FOIA, to find out, because the information shared is exempt from disclosure.

Isn’t it important to protect computer systems and networks?

Absolutely. Strong information security is critical to privacy and civil liberties, and can protect users and companies from the activities of malicious actors, be they authoritarian regimes or common criminals. Everyday, millions of ordinary users rely upon the information security of software vendors and online service providers to keep their personal information private and secure, to conduct transactions, and to express their ideas and beliefs.

CISPA, however, only addresses a small piece of the information security puzzle: sharing threat information. It does nothing to, for example, encourage stronger passphrases, promote two-factor authentication, or educate users on detecting and avoiding social engineering attacks, which is the cause of a majority of attacks on corporations. CISPA also does not address promoting more security research, more responsible disclosure or faster patches to known vulnerabilities, nor fixing the troublesome Certificate Authority system.

Who Will Lead?

Who Will Lead?

There is a storm coming, one of Blood, Oppression, and a yearning desire for Liberty. A war between Tyrants and Patriots, with the future of Humanity hanging in the balance. When the storm breaks, Who will lead? WE will lead!

How do we become Leaders? We first discover and accept who and what we are and the Truth of the nightmare that is the World. We then live our lives as Free Men, leading by example, living, breathing, speaking, eating, and dreaming Liberty everywhere we go. We must Speak Truth Always…even when Truth is illegal, offensive, and unpopular.

Plan ahead for the hammer of Martial Law to fall. Gather two months of canned food, weapons, ammo, and find a safe location to lay low for a few days. These will be the darkest of days. Along the way we will discover others who are like-minded who will gather with us, and then we take our HOME back…lock, stock, and two smoking barrels.

The Resistance Method

The Revolution begins Only After They take First Blood. Nothing planned now, especially via electronic communication, will survive First Contact. Only after the hammer comes down will the new paradigm be instantiated, as everything done prior to Martial Law well be done from the shadows. Once their System is visible it becomes “real” and then, like any System, it can be “hacked.” We will use their System against Them. We Learn and understand their psychology through their own documentation; Standard Operating Procedures, Who’s Who in their leadership, the design of the power structure, and through that information, their strengths and especially their weaknesses.

We take advantage of their Weaknesses to harass and stymie the war machine. Through constant harassment of a larger enemy by smaller guerrilla forces, we will cause them to react, and react, and react. Smaller numbers are mobile and are able to quickly assemble, act, disperse, and disappear before any reaction can respond in force. We target the infrastructure, stinging them with tiny and seemingly insignificant attacks which they Must React to…until they make a mistake…which we take full and terrible advantage of.

Rinse and Repeat…

The Info war is essential to victory, and electronic media will be compromised. Therefore, while providing a physical example of resistance we must also provide an informational example of Resistance. Propaganda is essential as a highly visible and immutable Psychological assault on the psyche of an enemy because it becomes Real. Attack their symbols and propaganda while replacing them with our own, and we will change the fabric of the world. The enemy sees, as Truth, Our Message, a subtle yet firm assertion of Our Victory. They see Our Message overtaking Their message, irrefutable because it is Open and Real, spray-painted over the Lies of their Propaganda for ALL to see. It is an open display of rebellion, disrespect, and disdain for Them.

We Identify and prioritize potential opportunities, and exactly like assembling a puzzle, we isolate and define where each piece fits into the overall picture, and then determine the potential results if that piece were removed. Weigh the potential opportunities against the feasibility of success based on actual resources and then pursue the Opportunity with the highest potential for success and benefit.

We must become Troubleshooters of Reality, who Observe the situation and Identify the particulars. Who Analyze the situation in the micro and macro, in Theory and Fact, then Design a solution, Implement it, and Observe the effects. Just Like John Jacob Jingle-Heimer Shmidt, we repeat ad infinitum. We will hunt monsters with logical efficiency, ice cold calculation, and a fiery passion for Truth and Liberty.

Truth: The Essence of Liberty

What is Liberty? Dictionary.com gives the definition as: freedom from control, interference, obligation, restriction, hampering conditions, etc.; power or right of doing, thinking, speaking, etc., according to choice. Which is an accurate enough description, yet there is one necessary factor that is not listed…Truth. In order for Liberty to thrive, it must exist in an environment where Truth is the guiding principle of the Free Society. Liberty is not Liberty if the environment is one of deception, regulation, and restriction while being called “Free.”

Liberty is a perspective, a paradigm in which there are very few limitations on the individual, except for minor limitations that Government creates. The fact is that ALL Government reduces Liberty, it is inherent to its nature. Government is a logical construct whose sole purpose is to devise Rules for society and to administer resources that We The People grant it.

A Government that encourages Liberty is one in which Laws and Regulations are scarce, confiscation of resources (i.e. Taxes and Fees) is minimal, and the size and scope of Government Authority are restrained to the minimum required to govern. Our Founding Fathers understood Human Nature and the Human desire for wealth and power, and therefore understood the Nature of Government, which is Force. Due to this understanding of the Human Condition and historic examples of Governments the world over, our Founders understood that government MUST be limited else it will expand and consume Truth, Liberty, Private Property, and even the lives of its citizens.

A Dictator’s Dream

A Tyrannical Government focuses on “Public Safety” and the “Public Good” all while robbing the wealth of one group and giving it to other groups that it deems to be deserving. Big Government thrives under the Divide and Conquer paradigm, where the focus is on Groups rather than Individuals, and groups are pitted against each other in order to weaken opposition and to distract from the Truth of Real Issues such as government corruption and despotism.

The Truth is transformed into Crime under the thumb of a Tyrant. Truth becomes a casualty of the exercise of Raw Power. Politicians go from being elected by The People to having the results of their “elections” being a foregone conclusion. Political Dynasties begin to form with family members entering into politics and having the reins of power being passed on to them from their familial predecessor. Simply look at the Bush pattern; Senator Prescott Bush, President George HW Bush, President George W Bush, Governor Jeb Bush, and now the newest ‘Lil Bush running for office in Texas. The Clintons are no different, President Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama (running from the Clinton camp), and one day soon, Chelsea. What about the Rockefeller Clan; David, John, and Jay? The Kennedy’s, John, Bobby, Ted, and John-John?

Sure, America is a “Free” Nation, yet try to exercise your “Rights” and see just how far you get. If one speaks out against this Government the result is to become labeled a “Racist.” If one complains about their oppressive tax burden the result is to become labeled as a “selfish” person who is only out for themselves and enjoys watching poor babies die of malnutrition and lack of medical care. If one stands for Liberty and believes in the Constitution and Bill of Rights…that person is a deadly Terrorist who must be “handled.”

The net effect of Big Government is the death of Truth and the loss of Liberty, for Freedom is anathema to Falsehood.

Truth Is The Fabric of Liberty

George Orwell’s 1984 gives the best example of the Assault on Truth via Political Doublespeak. There are numerous examples of this within our own Government. The Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, SOUNDS like it is designed to lower the cost of healthcare and give access to Medical Care for all. In reality it bankrupts businesses, drives the price of healthcare through the roof, and removes affordable healthcare access to those who need it most. The Patriot Act SOUNDS like it is designed to protect American Citizens from external Terror threats…but it actually spies on American citizens. FISA, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, SOUNDS like it is designed to combat Foreign Threats by monitoring communications abroad…yet it actually was meant to record EVERY American’s communications.

A Nation where Truth is valued as a Founding Principle, as one of the cornerstones of Government and Society, is a nation where Liberty thrives. When the expectations of We The People are that our representatives speak only Truth and act only from Truth, then those representatives cannot behave outside of that paradigm. If the expectation of the People is Truth and those expectations are not met…then the representatives find themselves out of power.

If we demand Truth, we must also hold our representatives feet to the fire, the Flame of Truth, if they do not deliver. This is the ONLY manner in which the demand for Truth can be met. If our politicians know that they can open their mouths and utter absolute nonsense and We The People will do nothing about it…then Lies will rule Washington.

Liberty is one of the Natural Rights, the Rights that descend from God Himself. The idea is that if you were born into the wild, you would immediately have the Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness because there is nothing to prevent them. There are no natural inhibitors to prevent the exercise of your Rights, therefore these Rights are Natural Rights, for they exist regardless of Government.

There is an attitude known as Be, Do, Have. The concept is a goal-oriented action plan, where you Become who you need to be, you Do the things you need to do, and thus you will Have what it is that you want. The concept requires that you Be the change you wish to see, thus you will Do the things you must do, in order to Meet your goal. This is how Liberty will be rediscovered…by Being a liberty-minded individual, Doing that which must be done from the perspective of Liberty, and thus we will Have REAL Liberty again.

A Tyrant’s Night-Terror

What would happen if We The People simply stopped buying into the Lie? What would happen if We The People ignored unjust laws and lived from the perspective of Liberty? What would happen if, en masse, We The People demanded an end to the lies and the threats and the sheer brute force that is our current Federal Government? What would happen if enough of us Stood Up, Spoke Out, and demanded REAL Hope and Change?

It would happen.

The only reason that our Government has the dictatorial power that it claims is because too many people buy into their lie. The Bill of Rights guarantees our Freedoms by declaring in the preamble that the following Rights are enshrined as immutable and can never be infringed upon by Government. The only manner in which those Rights can be dissolved is if We The People quietly acquiesce to unjust and tyrannical laws. The Second Amendment guarantees that the right to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed,” yet Government has repeatedly created laws that have infringed on that right. When the People simply “go along” with gun-control laws then the outcome is that the Bill of Rights becomes shredded and watered down, thus creating a precedence for more Rights-eroding legislation to follow.

The Fourth Amendment states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

Compare current law to the absoluteness of the Fourth Amendment, such as Checkpoint laws. The Police will set up a checkpoint for “drugs” or “Alcohol” or “Illegals” and then force you to stop while they “inspect” your vehicle. If they deem it so, you must then “allow” them to pull you out of your vehicle, withdraw Blood from Your body, empty your pockets, frisk you, search your car, and toss your things…and you have no legal recourse. Where is the warrant? Where is the Probable Cause? This is Your car, Your Bodily Fluids, Your Private Property. Which makes all such checkpoints a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment, yet Government Courts will uphold these checkpoints in most cases.

How does the Fourth Amendment mesh with the TSA? In order to fly commercially the “Law” requires that all passengers be sexually assaulted by Life’s Losers, have your property stolen, and then bombarded with high-energy radiation that is proven to unzip DNA, thus causing permanent damage at the genetic level. Truth becomes twisted and warped into something Sinister. Explain to me how having my love spuds roughly fondled by a glorified nitwit is NOT an Unreasonable Search?

Again, the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

We are a “Free” Nation, yet IF you would like to board an airplane in America THEN you must go through the government mandated “Grope and Snatch” Procedure in order to EXERCISE your Right to Travel “Unmolested?” It does not make any legal or logical Sense to demand that People give up one Right in order to exercise another. It is unjust yet it is also upheld.

Government Snooping Kills Liberty

The DHS, FBI, NSA, and other Government agencies actively scan, read, and store ALL of our electronic communications. Our government also actively scans and records ALL of our telephone calls. In whose delusional semi-retarded mind is this NOT a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment? What part of “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated” is confusing to our supposed Law Makers? If a fifth-grader can easily understand the meaning, then how is it possible for educated individuals who have spent YEARS practicing Law to be unable to grasp even the thinnest shred of understanding of the Fourth Amendment.

This has the direct effect of chilling Free Speech and killing Truth. Especially when the government has passed Laws like the NDAA which allows for indefinite detention and extra-judicial assassination of “Terrorists” who are designated by the Government under the cover of National Security. The DHS runs fusion centers that scan Social Networks and then categorize users comments as potential terror threats. Any open disagreement with this Government has become construed to be “Racist” or “Criminal” or “Terrorist.” When these tyrannical systems are “Legal” and upheld in court, then how can any semblance of Truth remain? It creates nothing more than a gigantic echo chamber of government-approved ideologies…not Truth. It creates a chilling effect on Free Speech, as who wants to publicly espouse opinions that may have permanent repercussions?

Truth will always lead the way. The fact that something is either True or False guarantees that something either IS or IS NOT. It is that simple, even when Truth and Falsehood are packaged together in order to “sell” an idea…the True portion rings True while the Lie falls on its face. It is through Truth that Liberty gets its wings, just like Clarence the Angel. Liberty must exist in an environment of Truth, else it too becomes a Lie. Just because we are told that we live in a Free Country does not make it so. The Soviet, Chinese, Cuban, and Venezuelan governments claim the same…but WE know the TRUTH. Just because an Obama or Bush claims that America is a Free Nation does not make it so. What makes a nation a Free Nation is Liberty and Truth, two things we have very little of at the moment.

Disagree with my assessment? Go out and try to buy an Incandescent Light bulb. Go out and buy a toilet that uses more than one gallon to flush. Go out and try to buy a freakin’ over-the-counter allergy pill…not as free as you thought you were?

The only manner in which you truly exercise your Liberty is to ignore the Government Lies and to ignore the laundry-list of unjust laws, choosing instead to Live your Life under the banner of Liberty.

Resistance Strategy: Play No More To Win The War

 Throughout my Junior High and High School summers I spent hundreds of hours playing Monopoly with my Best Friend, John. Monopoly is potentially one of the most monotonous and complicated games ever created by man…outside of Baseball or Politics, that is. John and I would change the rules, combine other boardgames such as Mousetrap, Scrabble, or Life, and on a few occasions we would incorporate playing card games as well…just to spice things up. The ultimate lesson that I learned from spending a substantial amount of my adolescent years losing at Monopoly? When you play someone else’s Game by the rules they create, you will never ever win.

Liberty Exists For Individuals

The Liberty movement stems from two key areas, the Perspective of Individuality and the Founding Documents. While the Constitution and Bill of Rights descend from the concept of Individuality, what they actually represent are legally protected Rights that enshrine Liberty and Individuality together. Our founders were not collectivists, socialists, or Marxists…they were THE ORIGINAL Rugged Individualists. These Great Men codified a series of Basic Rights into our Government that guarantee the Liberty of Every Individual American…not Groups of Americans…Every Individual American. The key concept is Individual.

The Tyrant’s strategy relies on the concept of Divide and Conquer, which only works with groups, True Individuals are immune to this method of attack because Individuals draw their Self-Image and Self-Worth from themselves…not any sort of group. I am an Individual, I am also a White Male, but my Self-Image does not descend from my gender or skin color…I really don’t care about arbitrary details like race, gender, religion, sexual preference, or any other coincidental details apart from the real “Meat” of a person…their Individual Personality.

Divide and Conquer only works on people that have no inherent self-worth and who define themselves based on arbitrary details like race, creed, or gender. The irony is that those who are quick to call others Racists, are themselves the True Example of the Racist…because Race actually matters to them…They see others as White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, etc. I see People…they see color, creed, and gender. I see Individuals…they see demographics. I see Free Will…they see choices as a guaranteed outcome based solely on a person’s race, gender, and belief system.

The Reason why we win the battle yet lose the war, the reason why we can have the Truth and Common Freakin’ Sense on our side and STILL “Lose” the intellectual debate in the Public Sphere against knee-jerk Elitist morons like Piers Morgan, is because we are playing THEIR Game. It is Their Game being played by Their Rules and then we wonder why We are always castigated as “Nutter Conspiricy Theorist Freaks” and “Bad Guys” and “Racist Terrorists.” It is the exact same scenario as playing the game of Monopoly in which the rules are many and undeclared and always shifting, where Losing can be construed as Winning, and the “Banker” has all of the power, authority, and absolutely no accountability.

The only path to Victory is to play YOUR OWN GAME by YOUR OWN RULES…

Truth Versus Treason

The Game of Divide and Conquer relies on the gradual transformation of one group into something that it is not, thus pitting it directly against another group or groups. One of the best historical examples of this tactic can be found in Nazi Germany. Jews and Gypsies became the whipping boy for Germany’s ills but it was not always that way. It was only after Hitler introduced Centralized Government Medical Care for the German People that he then used the medical system to “prove” that Jews and Gypsies were “sub-human” creatures that must be isolated and “handled” else disaster would destroy Germany.

In the 1960’s the Black Panther party began as a response to Government Abuse and Police Brutality against Black Americans. Volunteers stood on street corners, Armed, and discouraged the officially sanctioned abuses while opening their halls for the community, regardless of race, to provide food, clothing, and other essentials for anyone who needed it. The Black Panthers were not a “Black” group…they stood for Unification and Outreach to All People, regardless of race. Skip forward a couple of years and then you’ll notice that the Black Panther party changed, becoming a militant Black extremist organization. How did that happen?

The transformation occurred due to the FBI’s COINTELPRO program, in which organizations deemed to be a “Threat” to the status quo of American Society were infiltrated and usurped by federal operatives. The original founders of the Black Panther party found themselves arrested on false and trumped up charges, while the new leadership purposefully radicalized the movement, turning it into something it was never intended to become. The movement was recognized as a Threat because non-violent Blacks did not empower “The State” but the constant threat of Black Militant Extremism DID empower “The State” because White America had someone to fear.

The Black Panthers as a True Civil Rights organization was a “Threat” specifically because it eroded the Divide and Conquer paradigm, yet violent Black Men who hate Whitey…THAT empowered government because then “The People” needed Uncle Sam to “Protect” them from the so-called “Black Menace.” The TRUTH is that before the US Government infiltrated and co-opted the Black Panthers THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO THREAT. Only after Uncle Sam got involved did a benign civil rights organization become “Dangerous” and thus We The People needed and demanded the protection of The State.

Divide and Conquer For The 21st Century

Al-Quida is the most recent example of Divide and Conquer on the global stage. The US creates a group of Muhajadeen to entice the Soviet Union to go to war with Afghanistan in order for the Soviets to have Their Own version of Vietnam. After the War the US moves Al-Quida to Bosnia to instigate a Ethnic/Religious civil war in that country. Al-Quida then “mysteriously” turns on us, pulls off the September 11th attacks while the US goes to war in Afghanistan and Iraq in response.

Ten years later Al-Quida moves to North Africa and begins terrorizing Libya, Syria, and Mali. The US Government response is to SUPPORT the “Rebels” with money, weapons, and Surface-To-Air Missles. The US Government “hires” Al-Quida as security for the Benghazi Embassy while then going to war on the governments of the countries that Al Quida instigated the attacks with in the first place.

How does one go from Ally to Enemy and then back to Ally unless “The Enemy” was never truly “The Enemy.”

Play Your Own Game

 The only way to Win is to play our own game. If we play their game, if we buy into the intellectual insanity that we are demanded to buy into and believe, if we follow their rules…we lose…and we lose badly, every time. We must live our lives in reality. We must live our lives firmly rooted in Truth. We must live our lives under the endless sky of Freedom.

If Government legally passed a Law that made the consumption of Oxygen Illegal, then one could argue that the act of Breathing is Criminal. This concept works only if you buy into the Lie…if you play the game. It does not matter what “Laws” this disgusting perversion of “Government” creates and attempts to enforce, if the Law is unjust then it is the Oppressor, not the Oppressed, who is the criminal. A Tyrant is able to control other people only if those other people buy into the Lie that “they have to.” It is when the first person STANDS UP and says “Hell No!” that Others start to take notice and find within themselves the strength to Stand With You…but they NEED our Strength and our Voice and our Passion and our Words and our Fury.

A government that rules by Fear is a Tyrannical Government. A Government that uses Force and Intimidation as its only tool, is a Tyrannical Government. Tyrannical Governments gain and maintain power through the manipulation of reality, through the creation of “rules” and “laws” and “polls” and “public opinion” that do not and can not exist in the Real World. Tyrants rule people because they convince them that the Lie is Truth and to think, speak, or do otherwise will be met with brutal force.

The Flame of Liberty IS The Flame of Truth

The only way, the only REAL Method to escape the system is to ignore it. Stand Up and do your own thing, play our own game, and make sure that We The People see you doing it. One ounce of Truth counteracts Ten Gallons of Deceit. Truth is immediately recognized regardless of whether the observer wishes to believe it or not. The only way to subsume the Truth is to drown it with a Unified Lie from every angle, all of the time. Think, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News, The Washington/New York/L.A. Times, The Huffington Post, etc.

Whenever a tiny kernel of Truth is discovered it always takes root and grows; cracking through and sloughing off the many coatings of Falsehood that were ever-so painstakingly designed to bury it forever, and Shine forth as a blaze as Bright and as Prominent as the Sun itself. After all, Truth Is.

Government Intimidation For My Entertainment

Uncle Sam makes me laugh, not in a Ha-Ha chuckle sort of way, but rather the deep bellyfull, shaking with giddiness, booming, rolling on the floor laughing, laugh. I say this after having a short chat with, apparently my own personal “Kirby Vaccuum” Salesman. Why do I equate my samesman to the Feds? Because he was a Fed, and the entire event ranks as one of the most tyrannical events in my life as well as one of the most entertaining.

A few years back I actually worked for the FBI, held a secret clearance, and interacted with Federal Agents. I have been to the Clarksburg FBI Headquarters and have spent too much time with Feds. I say this only for the purpose of clarifying my background. So, when I meet a Fed, even out of uniform, I can tell. Feds have a certain walk, a certain attitude, and a certain look and mannerisms that scream Federal Agent.

Event Zero

I arrive home on Friday (03/08/2013) after work, having had the city police camped outside my home most of the day before, which is very odd as the police are never camped out in my neighborhood…no potential for speeding tickets. Luckily I left the side door open and saw a nice silvered Crown Victoria pull up right in front of my home. The driver, an older gentleman wearing a pristine suit, remains in the car while his passenger, heavily tattooed and wearing a flannel inspired by “Larry the Cable Guy,” gets out of the car, walks up onto the porch, and starts looking in my front windows.

I come out and ask him how I can help him…already suspicious because of his thuggish look and prying behavior. He tells me he is from the Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company and the owner (who is supposed to be the guy in the car who is now on his laptop) is planning on opening a store in town. He asks me a couple questions about me, but in a very aggressive and somewhat hostile manner. His eyes are cold and scan everything, looking at me periodically, but more interested in the inside of the house. I tell him my name and phone number (information easily garnered from the Internet anyway) and he spells my name correctly.

At this point there is a Big Red Flag waving in the air. No one EVER spells my name correctly, because it is not the common spelling. The salesman, or Larry as I refer to him, keeps twitching, trying to put his hand on his hip, on a gun that isn’t there. Throughout this entire exchange my spider-sense is tingling, picking up on Lie after Lie after Lie after Lie. Finally he tries to gain access to the inside of my home and I sent him away.

What happens next tells me more about “Them” than anything. They left. Larry gets back into the car and drives off. This “Salesman” was not interested in my neighbors, who were outside and have visible wealth (unlike me), they didn’t go down the street and try to sell their vacuums…they just pulled up to my home, give me an unconvincing flim-flam song and dance, and immediately left the area.

Of course at this point my interest is piqued, so I look up the Kirby website, do a little research about this Owner from Washington PA, and discover…they lied. Kirby does not sell via brick and mortar stores. Kirby is sold via direct sales and door-to-door salesmen. That’s it. Additionally, there is no Washington PA store or owner. The fact that Larry talked, walked, behaved, and smelled like a ‘roid-headed Fed clinched it.

I have finally made it! I have a following inside the Federal Government! Awesome…

Bumper Patrol

The Bumper Patrol is a Law Enforcement intimidation tactic designed to “inform” the individual that Law Enforcement is aware of you and will be keeping their eyes on you. It is designed to be intimidating, to induce fear or violence from the intended victim. It is an investigative tactic to essentially say “sit down and shut up or you will be dealt with.”

This type of intimidation should truly be defined as comedy. Seriously? The Federal Government dislikes my writings to such a great extent that I get personal attention? To this I can only say “Grow some balls!” Either I am a threat or I am not. I can guarantee that if Amerika continues down the road that we have been sprinting down at breakneck speed, I will be eventually. We all will be…eventually.

Know that I had a certainty that Larry was not legit, I had a pretty good feeling that Larry was a Fed. Why was the”owner” suddenly interested in surfing the net when he could get out of the car and double-press me for sales, which they seemed completely uninterested in. Larry was interested in getting inside my home while the “Owner” was probably cracking my home network and pulling data off my phone.

Its what I would do if I were going to “discreetly” investigate a potential “Threat.”

The humor in the whole event lies inside the Lies. From the first moment nothing about these two or their “sales” attempt made sense. Usually when something does not make sense, if I simply sit back and observe the situation, it will. In this case the only thing that made sense was that these two brain-dead sheep shaggers were Federal Law Enforcement…again, it was the attitude, the behavior, and the adherence to Standard Operating Procedure that tipped me off.

I Love Irony

This event does not upset me…too much. The fact that my First Amendment Right constitutes a Federal Investigation does, but overall it is the ineptitude of the state and it’s cronies that truly makes me laugh. We are supposed to tremble in Terror of the Incredible Power of the Mighty Federal government…yet they can’t even go “undercover” to the home of a hobbyist writer without bungling the job. They are not all-powerful. They can be outsmarted rather easily. They can be defeated.

They WILL be defeated!

 I believe in the Constitution of the United States. I believe in the Bill of Rights. I believe in God and in the perfect beauty of Liberty and Freedom. I believe that our Founding Fathers were Great Men, Heroes to all Free Spirits and Icons to be emulated. I believe that We The People have a Duty to Stand Up and Speak Out in order to promote Real political change. I believe that people are individuals and are entitled to their own opinions. I believe in our God given Natural Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

My belief in the above is why the Department of Homeland Security has labeled me a Suspected Terrorist, and once Uncle Sam is ready to start their Civil War…I and anyone who agrees with me, will become a full-blown Terrorist…by their definition. Gun Owners? Terrorists. Question Authority? Terrorist. Attend a March, Rally, or other public gathering that could be considered a “protest?” Terrorist. Do you feel that the nation is changing into something unrecognizable? Terrorist. Do you believe in Liberty, Freedom, or some other Dangerous Ideology? Terrorist.

What about the new stories that include the following rhetoric? “NRA and Gun Owners are the new KKK.” “Turn in your guns white people, the brown folk aren’t coming for you.” “Gun Owners are Racists.” “Those who do not support Obamacare are Racists.” “Gun Owners are responsible for the Sandy Hook and Aurora shootings.”

There is a very defined narrative being distributed from the State-run Mainstream Media and other mouthpieces of political power. That narrative is that “If you’re not one of us, then you are one of THEM…a homicidal hate-filled Terrorist…and we now have extra-judicial strategies that have been specifically designed for Terrorists, a.k.a. The American People.

The NDAA 2011 designates the US Homeland as a battlefield and allows the Federal Government to arrest and detain US Citizens indefinitely without charge. American Citizens can also be executed without trial or warning, based solely upon “secret evidence” and an unelected bureaucrat’s decision. NDAA 2012 strengthened the power of NDAA 2011 and the “Secret Police” through congressional approval, thus legitimizing these murderous and tyrannical powers.

Have you noticed the US Versus THEM attitude of government and Law Enforcement? You are either one of US or you are one of THEM. This is an extremely dangerous attitude to have in government…because our “Government” is supposed to be a Government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE…not just “Us” or “Them” or “Whites” or “Blacks”…our government is SUPPOSED to be Of, By, and For ALL OF THE PEOPLE.

I Say You Are But What Am I?

There was a study performed on students, where a class of Average Students were split into two groups. The first group was told that they were Gifted and then treated like Gifted Students with the expectations one would expect from Gifted Students. The second group was told that they were “Slow”, treated like Learning Disability Students, with the expectations one would expect from “Slow” kids. At the end of the year the two groups were reunited and researchers discovered that the “Gifted Students” had actually become Gifted Students, while the “Slow Students” had actually become Learning Disabled. The point is this: People become what they are told…we adapt and conform to our environment. We become what we are expected to be…

What the HELL do you think will happen when the Federal government continuously demonizes Patriots, Gun Owners, and Veterans as TERRORISTS? How does a man respond when told by Mainstream Society that everything he loves and believes in is a Terrorist Ideology? Weak-willed individuals may crumble, give up their Integrity, and conform. Most men, REAL MEN, take offense, refuse to sacrifice their Honor and Integrity, and will BECOME that which they are being accused of.

If you’re going to do the Time, you may as well do the Crime…

I fully embrace the mantle of Terrorist that Uncle Sam has bestowed upon me. I take it as a BADGE OF HONOR that I, solely through my philosophies and morality, cause them to FEAR ME to such a fantastic degree that I must be categorized as a “Terrorist” and “handled” like a Terrorist. The TRUTH of Liberty and Freedom, which I try to represent Every Day, is like a virus to them and their system. The Flame of Liberty burns so Bright and its flame so Fierce, that in order for Them to continue to exist, it must be extinguished at all costs…even if it requires a forcible reduction of 60% of the Nation’s population…a Great Culling of the American People.

If the fear that the Tyrant has for We The People is so great that the solution is to “handle” us in an all-out civil war, then exactly how much more Monstrous is the world they want to bring about?

Be Careful What You Wish For…

Just like the students in the research project, people adapt to their environment. If the pressure being exerted by government continues as is, the Department of Homeland Security will have actually have REAL Terrorists to deal with. If I, Prometheus Unchained, an IT Professional, an Educator, a successful entrepreneur, an amateur writer/painter/sculptor/drummer, a Hippie, and a Philosopher…If I am willing to DIE before I submit to a Dictator, and Kill to Defend my Integrity and faith in Liberty…then how many other “Dangerous Terrorists” are there sitting at home, RIGHT NOW, feeling the same way and harboring the same “Evil Intent?”

Uncle Sam is trying to keep us afraid of Terrorism while at the same time castigating Moral and Law-abiding Citizens as Terrorists. Americans are a Proud and Stubborn people who do not submit easily to Dictators nor trade their souls lightly. When boxed into a corner, We The People ALWAYS fight like a trapped tiger, as history has repeatedly shown. Americans NEVER meekly hand over their Lives, Liberty, or Sovereignty to Goose-stepping Authoritarian Scum. Rather, we kill them out of necessity, like the vermin that they are, and make an example for any future Tyrant to consider.

In a article on Washington’s Blog, Glen Greenwald wrote:

Documents just obtained from the FBI by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund reveal, as the New York Times put it, that “the [FBI] used counterterrorism agents to investigate the Occupy Wall Street movement, including its communications and planning” and in general show “how deeply involved federal law-enforcement authorities were in monitoring the activities of the movement.” The heavily redacted documents, which can be read here, reveal numerous instances of the FBI collaborating with local police forces and private corporations to monitor and anticipate the acts of the protest movement.

As obviously disturbing as it is, none of this should be surprising. Virtually every seized power justified over the last decade in the name of “terrorism” has been applied to a wide range of domestic dissent. The most significant civil liberties trend of the last decade, in my view, is the importation of War on Terror tactics onto US soil, applied to US citizens – from the sprawling Surveillance State and powers of indefinite detention to the para-militarization of domestic police forces and the rapidly emerging fleet of drones now being deployed in countless ways. As I’ve argued previously, the true purpose of this endless expansion of state power in the name of “terrorism” is control over anticipated domestic protest and unrest.

It should be anything but surprising that the FBI – drowning in counter-terrorism money, power and other resources – will apply the term “terrorism” to any group it dislikes and wants to control and suppress (thus ushering in all of the powers institutionalized against “terrorists”). Those who supported (or acquiesced to) this expansion of unaccountable government power because they assumed it would only be used against Those Muslims not only embraced a morally warped premise (I care about injustices only if they directly affect me), but also a factually false one, since abuses of power always – always – expand beyond their original application.

Meet The New Face of Terror

I am the face of Terror. You are the face of Terror. Patriotic Americans, We The People, American Citizens who recognize the oppression that we live under EVERY DAY are now Terrorists to these illegitimate Fascist bastards…and I am oddly comfortable with that. Because we SHOULD be FEARED by these despicable sub-human Monsters. If some street-punk is stupid enough to try to rob and kill me, then he SHOULD be AFRAID of Me because of how far I am willing to go protect myself and my constitutionally protected Rights and Private Property. This is no different for the Dictator Obama, as “The Anointed one” SHOULD tremble in DRED as to just how far We The People are willing to go to protect ourselves and our constitutionally protected Rights and Private Property.

The fact that our Fascist government, and it has become a Fascist Government as Fascism is a Corporatist/Socialist dictatorship, is purposefully destroying the American People through dependency, purposefully destroying our economy via a designed economic collapse, purposefully BRAINWASHING the American public to believe in their Government Sanctioned LIES, purposefully poisoning its own citizens, and purposefully destroying any semblance of Health-care in America… This are crimes of TREASON and should be sufficient as blatant violations of our Constitution and American Principles to GET FURIOUS and ARMED, and DEMAND that these Criminal Scum be exiled from Public Office, and Prosecuted, else We The People are Duty-bound to begin taking back OUR so-called “hallowed halls” of power.

Enough is Enough! These traitorous bastards pay no heed to the voice of their constituents. These Royal Scum never consider the good of the country over their own selfish machinations. All you have to do is nothing…just keep living your life on Facebook and consuming Reality TV until your brain rots. Continue to bend over and take it rough like the prisoner you Truly are.

Resistance Strategies: The Art of Reciprocity

Reciprocity is a relationship in which corresponding actions are reflected proportionally on each side. The Code of Hammurabi, an Eye for an Eye, is a severe example of this sort of relationship. It could be better stated as “What you do unto others shall be done unto you” or “You Reap What You Sow” or as Jesus said: “According to their way I will do to them, and according to their own judgements I will judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.” (Ezekiel 7:27b RSV)

Reciprocity as a resistance strategy is as simple and as elegant as it appears. We treat them exactly as they treat us. No more bowing or scraping or currying for favor. No more bending over to take it “because that’s just how it works” ever again. Reciprocity means that we respond, in kind, with the same level of respect and energy as we are being given. Reciprocity is the logical compliment to The Golden Rule, “Treat others as you would like to be treated,” as the unspoken, “else others will treat you in kind.

Jesus said: “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 7:12 KJV) Notice that it is “The Law”…God’s Law…NATURAL LAW. The Golden Rule is a Law, exactly like the laws of Physics…it is how people will eventually react towards your treatment of them. It is a divine edict on how every living creature must behave towards others. It is the beacon on the hill, a brilliant flaming warning for bullies and tyrants that they must treat people with respect, for people will eventually return the favor.

Lead With The Carrot…

We must treat others with the respect that Good Men and Women deserve. As decent Human Beings we are required by personal Honor and respect for Individuality to treat other Human Beings as we ourselves would expect to be treated. It is truly that simple. This is who we are and who we should aspire to become.

Our Integrity is all we truly ever have, therefore Truth must be as a God to us. In our dealings with others we should speak only Truth or nothing at all. People may call me many names but no one can honestly call me a liar. I speak Truth, I worship Truth, I seek Truth Always. When Truth is spoken it cuts through the layers of Deception like a hot knife through butter. There is a certain look to Truth, a certain tone and phrasing. Truth is a shield, for by its very nature Truth can be proven and if you always present Truth…you are immune to the sting of Falsehood’s darts. Truth is a Sword, for Tyrants cannot withstand even the slightest scratch of Truth, as it brings the House of Cards they call “Reality” down around their ears.

The beginning of any interaction with others should begin by presenting our very best and we should hold certain standards as to how we are to be treated. Being Men and Women of Honor, it is our duty to warn Others when they cross that line and encroach upon our Integrity. We must begin to hold others accountable to basic standards. Would you pay Twenty Dollars for Fast-Food and then meekly accept a cold half-filled order, knowing that half of the food you have already paid is sub-standard and the remainder will not be given? Of course not! Why then, do we allow “Public Servants” to abuse, extort, disrespect, and ignore us…when WE are the ones PAYING them to do it? We would not tolerate it at Wal-mart or McDonald’s, so why then tolerate it from people whom WE PAY to do the work of We The People?

…Defend With The Stick

When standards are broken and Respect is not reciprocated, that is when the strategy of Reciprocity comes out to play. Being a Good Man, I warn others before they cross “The Line”, however, once that line has been crossed I respond with the exact level of respect given to me. Reciprocity is not an emotional response, it can Never be emotional, it must always be cold and precise, like a German Surgeon plying his art. It should never be used to instigate a fight, but to defend oneself against bullies and tyrants.

Reciprocity entails a “return the favor” mentality. When the Police pull you over for a non-crime and then treat you like an escaped convict…you are morally obligated to respond in kind, regardless of the possible outcome. We must STAND UP and SPEAK OUT against Tyranny, which means that there may be a heavy-handed response from the Tyrant. However, if one lives a life without conflict, then that life is that of a Slave…taking orders without question, acquiescing to Tyranny, and “Life” becomes a parody of the glorious reality that Life truly is.

What we should do and what the system and society tell us we are “expected to do” are sometimes completely different actions. You are supposed to bow down before Political Royalty and snivel and plead to exercise the Natural Rights you already have in your possession. This is the “expected” behavior of the lowly American Citizen. You are not supposed to hold our elected Public Servants accountable for their actions or demand that they do their jobs…that is “extremist” and “dangerous” behavior. Why? Because our Public Servants have hijacked government and transformed it into a system of absolute domination.

The attitude of Government is that EVERYONE is a criminal and should be treated as thusly. The fact that those whom we elect to office hold such attitudes means that it is THEY who are the criminals, not us. Government could outlaw the act of Breathing, a Natural Right, making it Illegal, but drawing breath could never be made criminal. It is a requirement for biological life, it directly descends from the Natural Right to Life. England has made self-defense illegal, yet who among us would consider a woman fighting off a rapist as the criminal?

Reciprocity And Resistance

The first step to resist Tyranny is to Stand Your Ground and say “No More!” Tyrants do what they do because people are too involved in their own selfish endeavors to give over without complaint. People are awed by the fearsome size and perceived power of Government. However, if the Tyrant knows that resistance is inevitable, then they will be forced to change their plans or steamroll the resistance and thereby display their True Colors to every American to see.

Reciprocity is a spanner in the works of the Tyranny machine. When enough people resist, when We The People stand up and speak out, then precious resources of Time, Money, and Political Favors must be expended to overpower or circumvent that resistance. The mere fact that a few people will refuse to cow to the God of Government and Stand Firm against their criminal actions, that a few will respond with the same energy, attitude, and respect as they give us…it WILL change things because it always does.
